Exploring the Art of Cupping 1
Cupping therapy is an ancient traditional and complementary medicine practice. Recently, there is growing evidence of its potential benefits in the treatment of pain-related diseases.
This massage therapy class is for anyone who want to improve their massage therapy technique and will also satisfy for a continuing education credit for licensed massage therapists.
- If you are a massage therapists, each of these classes is equivalent to 6hrs-12hrs of continuing education, that you can use towards fulfilling your Texas continuing education hours.
- If you are unlicensed, these classes will enhance your massage therapy techniques. As an unlicensed therapist, you can only use the knowledge you acquire from us to improve your skills, when massaging family and friends.
- If you want to acquire a massage therapy license, you may do that by attending our school in Fort worth Texas.

After every class, you will be required to take a text to demonstrate your understanding of the subject matter. For you to receive a certificate of completion, your must score 80% and above. If you are a licensed therapist, to be eligible for a certificate of completion, you will be required to complete a 2hr hands on for 6hrs class, or 4hrs hands-on class, for 12hrs class at our school in North Richland Hills Texas. For the non licensed students, you too can get a certificate of completion, with a clause, if you choose to forgo the hands on class. After completion of the class, please call to schedule your hands-on. The hands-on cupping class is held every other month on Sundays, 12pm - 2pm 0r 4pm, for a fee of $30, for 2hrs and $55 for 4hrs.

Meet Your Instructor
Roselie Bones, the School director of The Beauty Therapists Massage Institute, is a 30 years veteran of the beauty industry. Roselie holds a Masters degree in Healthcare management and is a massage therapist, a massage therapist instructor, a medical aesthetician and a cosmetologist.
She is also a CE provider for the state of Texas. Once trained and licensed, you will be able to offer beauty treatments as an independent, or at exclusive resorts, salons, and spas. She offers intensive short courses 7 days a week at our spa location in a variety of subjects and also we are here to support you and grow your business.
